Your trainer conducts an in-depth assessment of your fitness level, injury history, lifestyle, and performance goals before writing a single rep of your program.

Sessions are available in-person at our partner facilities across Prague, Brno, Warsaw, Bratislava, and Budapest — or fully online via video coaching for clients who prefer training at their own gym or home. Every session is logged, every metric is tracked, and every program is updated based on your progress.

Our trainers specialize in men's physique transformation, powerlifting, athletic conditioning, and executive health.

Sports Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition is responsible for up to 70% of your results — and most men are leaving enormous gains on the table because of poor fueling strategies. Our sports nutritionists work with you to build a practical, sustainable eating plan that supports your training, health, and lifestyle.

We start with a detailed intake assessment: current eating habits, food preferences, cooking ability, schedule, and goals. From there, we design a calorie and macronutrient framework that fits your specific body composition targets.

Beyond macros, we address micronutrient sufficiency, hydration, nutrient timing, gut health, and the real-world challenges men face — business travel, social eating, stress eating, and late-night cravings.

For clients on our Performance or Elite plans, we also provide supplement reviews and recommendations.

Online Coaching

Online Coaching

Online coaching is our most flexible service — designed for men who travel, work long hours, or simply prefer the autonomy of training on their own schedule. You get all the structure, accountability, and expertise of working with a dedicated coach, delivered entirely through our app and direct communication channels.

Your online program is not a generic template. It's built from scratch based on your equipment access, training experience, injury history, and goals. Every 2 weeks your coach reviews your logs, progress photos, and feedback — then adjusts the program to keep you moving forward.

Included: Customized weekly workout program, video form reviews (corrections within 24 hours), nutrition framework with meal timing guidance, and direct messaging support.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need prior fitness experience to join?

Not at all. We work with complete beginners as well as experienced athletes. Your coach will assess your current level and build a program that's appropriate, safe, and progressively challenging from where you actually are right now.

Where do personal training sessions take place?

We offer in-person sessions at partner gyms in Prague, Brno, Warsaw, Bratislava, and Budapest. We also offer fully remote coaching via video call for clients across Central Europe who prefer to train at their own facility.

How long until I see results?

Most clients notice improved energy, sleep quality, and strength within the first 2–3 weeks. Visible body composition changes typically appear within 4–8 weeks, depending on starting point, consistency, and goal type.

Can I combine multiple services?

Yes — and we strongly recommend it. Our Performance and Elite plans already bundle training and nutrition together, which consistently produces faster and more sustainable results than either service alone.

What if I have an injury or health condition?

Our coaches are trained to work around injuries and adapt programs for various health conditions. We'll ask about your medical history during onboarding and coordinate with your healthcare provider if needed. Safety is always the priority.

Can I pause or cancel my plan?

Yes. You can pause your plan for up to 30 days per year, or cancel anytime with no penalty. We believe in earning your loyalty through results, not lock-in contracts.
