HealthZense provides personal training, sports nutrition coaching, and online coaching services for men aged 18 and over. All services are provided by certified professionals as described on our website.

Service details, pricing, and inclusions are as described on our Services and Pricing pages. We reserve the right to modify services and pricing with reasonable notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By engaging HealthZense, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

4. Health Disclaimer

HealthZense coaching services are intended for generally healthy adults. Our services do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Before beginning any exercise or nutrition program, you should consult with a qualified healthcare professional, particularly if you have any known medical conditions, injuries, or concerns.

You participate in all fitness programs at your own risk. HealthZense is not liable for injuries arising from failure to follow coach instructions or disclose relevant health information.

5. Payments and Billing

All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of applicable VAT
Payments are processed securely via Stripe
Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed

No hidden fees or setup charges apply

6. Cancellation and Refunds

14-day money-back guarantee: New subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their first payment by emailing info@healthzense.com. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Pauses: Plans may be paused for up to 30 days per calendar year upon request.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, programs, and methodologies — is owned by HealthZense or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Coaching materials, workout programs, and nutrition plans provided to clients are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.

8. User Conduct

When using our website or services, you agree not to:

Provide false or misleading health or personal information
Use our services for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
Harass, abuse, or harm coaches or other users

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HealthZense shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 3 months preceding any claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prague, Czech Republic.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website.
